Festival Grounds Policies
Entrance to the Shediac Lobster Festival is subject to the following conditions
PEOPLE MAY BE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE FESTIVAL FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

​Admission and Conduct: The festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, engaging in illegal activities, or behaving offensively. Individuals causing disturbance or not complying with organizer requests may be removed from the premises.

Age Requirements: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Unauthorized Access: Access to festival grounds and restricted areas is strictly prohibited without proper authorization.

Bag Policy: Bags and other items may be subject to inspection. Persons who refuse inspections or searches may be denied entry to the venue.

Re-entry: Re-entry into the festival grounds is generally not permitted, except in emergency or medical situations.

Alcohol Policy: Bringing alcoholic beverages into or out of the festival grounds is prohibited. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcohol, and providing alcohol to minors is illegal.
PEOPLE ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE FESTIVAL WITH THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

Prohibited Items: Festival management prohibits items that could potentially cause injury, illness, nuisance, or inconvenience to others. This includes controlled substances, dangerous objects, illegal items, flares, fireworks, laser pointers, weapons of any kind, and certain musical instruments, flags, flagpoles, or any other items deemed problematic by festival management.

Use of Likeness: By attending the festival, individuals acknowledge that festival organizers may use their image or likeness in connection with any recordings of the event.

Liability Disclaimer: Attendees assume all risks associated with attending the festival, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, economic loss, and consequential damages. Personal belongings brought onto the premises are at the owner's risk, and festival management is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal property.
THE FESTIVAL IS A SMOKE-FREE ENVIRONMENT:

To uphold the Shediac Lobster Festival's smoke-free environment: Attendees who smoke within the festival grounds, fail to comply with health directives, or disregard requests from festival management or authorized personnel to cease smoking or comply with health directives within festival or seating areas: May be subject to immediate expulsion from the festival.
