Do I need to buy my tickets in advance
It is always recommended to purchase tickets in advance, but it is possible to purchase tickets on site for events that are not sold out.

Can I bring my own chair?
​Camping chairs are not permitted on the Festival site. For events that take place at Big Lobster or at the municipality's Parc Pascal-Poirier, you can bring your chair.
Where can I park?
Public parking is at the École Louis-J.-Robichaud and at the Saint-Joseph church, approximately 500m from the Festival site. Designated spaces for people with reduced mobility are limited and on a first come, first served basis. It is possible for someone to be dropped off closer to the site, please follow the signage. Any vehicle parked where they are not authorized risks being towed at their expense.
Can I bring my own chairs?
Chairs are not allowed on Festival Grounds. For events happening in public parks around the city, you can bring a chair. Accessible parking is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. It is possible to be dropped off closer to the Festival grounds. Please the posted signs. Vehicles parked where they are not authorized risk being towed away at their own expense.
Are dogs allowed on Festival Grounds?
No dogs or animals allowed on the Festival Grounds. Service animals with proper documentation are permitted.
